The triangle relations among Cambodia, China and Russia 2

In defense of that argument, I will adopt the realism theory in order to provide evaluate the finding and analysis the issues. Moreover, I will adopt a positivist paradigm, which relies on quantitative analysis and a post-positivist paradigm with a qualitative analysis. The positivist position is grounded in the theoretical belief that there is an objective reality that can be known to the researcher, if he or she uses the correct methods and applies those methods in a correct manner (Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, 2008), while the qualitative approach allows the flexibility to explain the complexities of multilateral security arrangements. This research will focuses on the possibility of forming a "strategic security" alliance among Cambodia, China, and Russia; it focuses mainly on regional stability, which might be defined as transferring military knowledge and technology through inter-relations among Cambodia, China, and Russia (CCR block) with careful consideration of the presence US (non-member of the alliance).
